| May 5th | 7:30am | Asilomar - Breakfast is served until 9am. |
| Noon | Asilomar - Lunch is served until 1pm. | |
| 1:30pm | Convention Meeting. | |
| 5.30pm | Start tables close for the day. | |
| 6.00pm | CVA convention dinner is served until 7pm. Please pre-register for this if you want to sit with the group. | |
