| Wed, Jun 3rd | Sunset Striding Come join us as we walk Almaden Lake Year Round trail together. NOTE : park in the VTA lot, and look for Suzi and John at the Almaden Lake Village Office lot. This time we are starting at Almaden Lake Trail, and walking the 5K loop of the Almaden Lake walk. Register: 4:45PM to walk at 5:00PM Take Alamden Expwy south. Turn LEFT on Coleman and immediate LEFT again, into the apartment complex (1st traffic light). You will pass the patio and apartment offices on your right. | Wed, Jun 10th | Sunset Striding Today we will meet at Greystone Park- corner of Camden Ave and Mt. Carmel, and walk the southern part of Los Alamitos Trail. Meet up: 4:45PM to walk by 5:00PM contact: Suzi Glass 408-592-3935 Driving directions to start: Driving south on Almaden Expressway: turn Left on Camden Avenue. In one block, there is a stop sign then a pedestrian crossing.Then turn Right on Mt. Carmel and the park is in the next block. Park on the street. |

| Wed, Jun 17th | Sunset Striding Join us today for our Rose Garden & Rosicrucian walk. This route includes the Rose Garden and surrounding neighborhood, the Rosicrucian grounds and it's hidden labyrinth. You don't want to miss it! Meet up near Zanotto's Market on Naglee Ave, near Bascom Ave. Use street parking on Naglee Ave. Please do NOT park in Zanotto's parking lot. Stay in the far Right lane to turn right at the light. Drive to Bascom Ave., turn Left onto Bascom Ave. Drive 1 block then Right on Naglee at the light. From I-880 north or southbound:Take the Bascom Ave exit. Continue south on Bascom to Naglee Ave. Left on Naglee, then Zanotto's is on your right. |

Park on The Alameda or on side streets-WATCH for time limits! Meet at the intersection of Chapman & The Alameda. Sign in: 4:45PM walk at 5:00PM Contact: Suzi Glass 408-592-3935 Driving directions: From I-880 north or southbound: take the Alameda Ave exit NORTH. go 1/3 mile to the second or third light. See the "Santa Clara University" sign on the low wall. Turn LEFT at the light to stay on The Alameda. There is a 4-hour parking limit on The Alameda or check nearby side streets. |
